Roof Repairs
Some tiles had broken off this roof, but fortunately the surrounding tiles could be rotated enough to nail in some replacements. The client had some spare reclaimed tiles that I could cut and drill to form replacements.

This roof had undergone previous repairs in the same area as the current leak. On gaining access I could see that there were broken tiles and a build up of debris that needed clearing. I removed the broken tiles, slid some new liner under the damaged area and then used lead strips to hold the new slate tiles in place.
Most roof leaks are caused by a tear to the liner. This tear was hard to find and had caused considerable damage to the ceiling underneath. A patch and sealer were enough to fix the problem.
